SONITRIP

The cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know what is applicable in your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you are making your reservation (in case you missed it then, you can always go back to your SONITRIP Account and check out your my booking page) Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, SONITRIP charges a cancellation fee of Rs 100 + GST (INR) per passenger per sector.

How to Cancel Flight Reservations on Sonitrip Portal

Login to your agents.SONITRIP.com account, visit my accounts - my bookings - select option - cancel request. Select the checkbox for the passenger you want to cancel and fill in requester name and contact number and send in the request for cancellation.

Cancellation of Airline can be done 12 hours prior to departure from your agents.airtirps.in. Login or you can directly call airlines and cancel the flight ticket and inform us on [email protected] for refund process. Please note, if your flight departure time is within the next 4 hours, you will need to call the relevant airline to cancel your booking. Depending on airlines , the refund generally takes 4 to 15 days (from the day we find out about the cancellation and receive the cancel refund amount from the respective airline) to get processed. In cases such as No show or flight cancellation, the refund process can take more than three weeks too.

If the Booked Flight Gets Cancelled

In case your booked flight gets cancelled, you will be entitled to get full refund in most cases. You are hereby requested to first cancel the ticket with the airlines and obtain a full refund/flight cancelled stamped and signed copy from the airlines and give a request for refund with the stamped copy on [email protected] mentioning complete details of the trip.

How do I Get my Refund ?

We usually process refund within 3 working days of cancellation and receipt of the refund from the respective airlines. SONITRIP will validate the refund with the airlines and then process the refund to your account. The amount will be credited back to same account using which the ticket was booked.
